Due to the complexities involved in dealing with commercial leases, it is not always possible to provide a fixed fee from the onset.

Our Fees

New Lease fees (starting from £1000.00 plus VAT), underlease (starting from £1100.00 plus VAT), subleases (starting from £950.00 plus VAT), licence to occupy (starting from £650.00 plus VAT), Agreement for Lease (starting from £600.00 plus VAT), Deed of Surrender (starting from £650.00 plus VAT), Tenancy at Will (starting from £400.00 plus VAT) and Assignment fees (starting from £1000.00 plus VAT).

For other commercial matters not listed above, for a Grade A partner solicitor, we limit our costs to a maximum of £300.00 plus VAT per hour down to a trainee solicitor charged at £125.00 plus VAT per hour.
